Making a Paper Dress | Louise Goldin

Fashion designer Louise Goldin was commissioned by private bank, Coutts to create a unique dress for Coutts as part of the bank’s involvement with London Fashion Week.

Lousie won the Fashion Forward award last year which was sponsored by the investment services bank

The remarkable paper dress obviously took many hoursĀ  to make was first revealed in the windows of the bank’s head office on the Strand. The dress is now on displey at the Fashion and Textile Museum

The dressmaking was followed throughout by BAFTA-nominated film makers Form Films, who have created a film of the making of the dress.

Louise was amongst the top 30 mentors, entrepreneurs, pioneers and campaigners in Red Hots Women 2010 awards in recoginition of her design achievements.
